Our EAP counselling service is available at various locations around west Cumbria during work hours, after work and at the weekend to suit individuals’ needs.

How does EAP work?
At Positive Horizons we will support your staff by offering individual assessments and a tailored programme.
Number of counselling sessions will be tailored according to your requirements but typically a maximum of six counselling sessions are usually covered by the employer at a cost of £40 per session.
First appointments can usually be offered within a week of referral and can be weekday, evenings or weekends.
What will it cost my organisation to have an EAP?
Some companies charge a retainer fee when signing up to their programme. Here at Positive Horizons involvement in the scheme costs nothing to the employer. Costs are only incurred if and when counselling is actually provided to employees.
